In Aarle-Rixtel, directly opposite Kasteel Croy, Pluis the pancake mouse found a new home. Drawn by the beautiful surroundings and the warmth of the village, Pluis decided to settle down here.
To share the nicest pancakes in the Netherlands with young and old alike. And Pluis can't wait for all the wonderful adventures still to come with you.
Where to find us
Pluis hangs in little frames on the yellow walls: baking, waving and stretched out in an armchair. On the table Pluis is there on the placemat, and on your plate Pluis turns up once more, in icing sugar.
So you keep bumping into our mouse throughout your visit, until you end up with a little icing sugar on your own nose.
At Familierestaurant Pluis you'll find the Clubmuis: a cosy play area where children can play and explore while their parents sit back with a nice drink. The Clubmuis is in the outbuilding next to the restaurant and backs onto our garden.
Inside the restaurant there's plenty for the very youngest as well, snug and safely in view of mum and dad.
Our play areas are meant for free play and are not actively supervised by our staff. We do ask parents to keep an eye on things themselves now and then. That way everyone can enjoy a carefree, cheerful time together at Pluis.
The Winkel van Pluis is the loveliest little shop for children. From Pluis the pancake mouse merchandise to toys, there's something for every child.
Here you pay with Pluisjes, our own cheerful little coins.
