As floor manager you are one of the driving forces on the floor: you work alongside the team in service, keep the overview when it's full and make sure guests feel welcome. It's a role of 24 to 36 hours a week.
At Pluis everything revolves around good food, good company and a great deal of fun. That goes for the table, and just as much for the kitchen and behind the bar.

Your working day starts on the Croylaan in Aarle-Rixtel, right opposite Kasteel Croy, with the garden and the outbuilding next door.
Our kitchen runs on recipes we're proud of. For that kitchen we're looking for a chef de partie who runs their own section and guards the quality, during lunch and dinner.
You cook the dishes, keep the mise en place in order and think along about how the work can run better. Experience in a similar role counts for more than a diploma here.
