As floor manager you are one of the driving forces on the floor. You work alongside the team in service, but you also look ahead. You keep the overview, lead your colleagues and make sure guests feel welcome — even when the restaurant is full.
You're energetic and positive, you take responsibility and you step into a leading role quite naturally.
Several years of relevant hospitality experience. Experience as a floor manager, supervisor or team leader is a bonus — but if you're an experienced service colleague ready for the next step, we'd love to meet you too.
Even when the place is full you keep your head, and guests never notice a thing.
You enjoy working in a young and friendly team and you're available at least one day at the weekend.
